Vanessa Hudgens was born in Salinas, California on December 14, 1988. She gained her fame with her role of Gabriella Montez in the "High School Musical" movies. She is a real racial mix - part Irish, part American, part Filipino, part Spanish and part Chinese. Her first movie was "Thirteen", then in 2004 she appeared in "Thunderbirds". After that and a few TV appearances she got her famous role in the "High School Musical". To this day (2009) she released two albums - "V" in 2006 and "Identified" in 2008 which became quite successful. Her on screen career is gaining speed as well, with "Sucker Punch" and "Beastly" already in production and starring Vanessa. One of the more embarrassing moments in her career is the provocative and nude photos scandal - private pictures of her that leaked to the Internet. But she already apologised for this scandal and Disney decided not to break the cooperation. Vanessa Hudgens is a sexy and talented girl that will surely have a future in the showbusiness.
