Lindsay Lohan was born on July 2, 1986 in New York. She began to get parts in advertisements from the age of three years, then landed a role in a TV series called Another World. In 1997, she made her film debut in The Parent Trap, a film by Nancy Meyers in which she played twins. Two years later, she participates in a TV movie, Life-Size. By 2000, the teenager is chosen for the role of Bette Midler's daughter in the sitcom entitled Bette, but abandoned the project when filming was moved from New York to Los Angeles. In 2002, she was contacted by Disney for the remake of "Freaky Friday" with Jamie Lee Curtis. For this film, she recorded the single Ultimate. She then went on with the filming of Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. In 2003, she starts filming the comedy Freaky Friday with the charismatic Jamie Lee Curtis. Her career took a new dimension and Lindsay became an emblematic figure of Disney studios. She then in 2004 continues her momentum with films Mean Girls, which is a real success around the world and then Herbie: Fully Loaded . In 2006, she appears on posters of many films like the comedy Just My Luck and A Prairie Home Companion with Meryl Streep and in the romantic comedy The Holiday in which she stars alongside Jude Law, Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet. Lindsay Lohan is then a star of Bobby in 2007 in which she played alongside the brilliant Anthony Hopkins, Demi Moore and Sharon Stone. She then can be found in the feature film Chapter 27 with the talented Jared Leto. In 2008, she even appears as a guest-star in the hit series Ugly Betty for a few episodes.
