Avril Ramona Lavigne Whibley was born in Belleville, Ontario, Canada on September 27, 1984. She was bringing up in Catholic family. Her music talent was revealed when she was two, during singing church songs. Three years later the family moved to Napanee, Ontario. In 1998 she performed alongside Twain at her concert in Ottawa, appearing on stage to sing "What Made You Say That?" It appeared that singing country covers at a Chapters bookstore in Kingston, Ontario was a ticket to success . That was the time when she drew Cliff Fabri's attention, the professional manager. Avril keeps not to eat meat, but she doesn't say about herself that she is a vegetarian, as she said it happens that she eat meat. Her favorite food is a pizza with olive toppings. Singer has a tattoo on her wrists. On July 15, 2006 she married Canadian singer Deryck Whibley, with whom she has been dating since February 2004. He popped the question On June 27, 2005 during romantic trip to Venice. The wedding took place at a private estate in the California coastal city of Montecito. Before relationship with Whibley, she was linked to her former guitarist Jesse Colburn. Contrary to appearances she didn't have any relationship with another former guitarist Evan Taubenfeld. On September 26, 2006 Avril had and accident with paparazzi when she spat at photographer's face outside Hyde nightclub in Los Angeles. The next day her behavior wasn't better. During giving an autographs outside the club she used very irreverent language to the autograph-seekers and then, when she got to the car, she spat on the camera lens of the nearest photographer. Her style of music isn't distinct. Many reviewers claim that it's a "teen pop" or "adult/alternative pop-rock" other reckon that it's a punk music , but Avril doesn't agree with that, "I'm not punk", she insists. As she said she think about herself as a pop rock singer. This far she release three albums Let Go (2002) , Under My Skin (2004) ,The Best Damn Thing (2007)
