Since 1992 Eric Nies has been on the cutting edge of pop culture. He started his career as a cast member during the inaugural season of 'The Real World.' Soon after, Eric brought his fresh attitude and boyish good looks to the air waves again, this time as the host of MTV's 'The Grind'. Now he brings his brash style, and recognizable face and body to Thunderbox. Watching Eric is like hangin' with a good friend. He carries on a rolling conversation with the audience, which makes the viewer feel like they're at a party, with Eric at their side. Combined with Godfrey, this Thunderbox tandem is the hippest duo ever to host a sports show. Eric is an accomplished actor as well, appearing in features like, Above The Rim, and The Brady Bunch Movie. He's also a fitness guru and inventor. His 5 fitness videos have sold over a million copies, and his portable training device, the Abaratus recently hit the market. In addition to this, Eric also runs his own entertainment company, which produced a remix for Britney Spears, and another for Donna Lewis which reached #1 on the Billboard charts.
